Our Church Staff
Pastor Nancy Kraft
Nancy Kraft has been our pastor at Holy Trinity since May of 2005 after serving most recently as a co-pastor at Advent in University City. She also has served previous parishes in North Dakota and Ohio, as well as serving as an Assistant to the Bishop of the Northeastern Ohio Synod. Pastor Nancy was raised in Hamilton, Ohio and earned her B.S. from Bowling Green State University, where she was an English education major. With a Master of Divinity from Trinity Lutheran Seminary in Columbus, Ohio, she was ordained in 1979. She also holds a Ph.D. from the University of Pittsburgh in religion and education. Pastor Nancy has two children: Gretchen, who is a student at UNC Greensboro working toward an MFA in acting, and Ben, who lives in Pittsburgh and is pursuing his artistic dreams as a musician. In her spare time Pastor Nancy enjoys music of all kinds and plays the flute, she's an avid hiker, loves the mountains, and also spends time with her pets: a black cat named Romeo, and a Pug named Pooky. nkraft@htlccharlotte.org
Don Kaufhold
Don Kaufhold began serving as our Director of Music in February of 2007. Before coming to Holy Trinity, he was the Associate to the Director of Music Ministries at Church of the Good Shepherd, a large Episcopal congregation in Burke, VA. A graduate of South Mecklenburg High School in Charlotte, Don has a bachelor's degree in music from Appalachian State University as well as a master's in liturgical music from The Catholic University of America in Washington, DC. After living in the Washington, DC area for 15+ years, he returned to Charlotte to be closer to family. His full time employment is with Accenture, a global technology management company, where he specializes in due diligence. Don very much enjoys cooking, gardening and learning about fine wines from around the world.
Corky Ingram
Annie "Corky" Ingram came to Holy Trinity in 1964 from Lincolnton, NC as Director of Christian Education and later became the Parish Secretary. She graduated from Pfeiffer College in Misenheimer, NC with a degree in Christian Education and Sociology. She teaches the children's Sunday school class at Holy Trinity and is a member of the North Carolina Synod Education Committee. She also served as a Girl Scout leader for 25 years. Corky and her husband Johnny have two grown children and enjoy spending their spare time with their grandchildren in Stanly County. She is an avid reader and an animal lover.
